How To Order

The ordering process is all done on our website, we have worked hard to make it as simple as possible.

If you do have any problems we are always here to help.

Placing An Order

Products

Find the products you require from the category menu on the left hand side, select the options you require, add your products to the shopping cart, go to Checkout, upload your logo if required and complete the transaction.

Each text, logo or heatpress is priced individually. The first time you create a logo and text there is a one off charge.

Fonts & Typefaces

If you are having text on your product you must choose the Font from one of the following options.

Confirmations

You will receive your account details, order confirmation, status updates of the order and your receipt all by email.

Payments

All our secure online payments are handled by SagePay for your security and piece of mind. None of your debit or credit card details are stored by ourselves on on our server.

Your Account

If you wish to check your order or change your details just go to our Account Page and enter your email address as your username and your generated password.

Please note if you wish to make any amendments to the order you must contact us immediately by email or telephone.
