It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed trademarks or logos onto products within the Logos Direct site. The exclusive use and reproduction of such images lie solely with the legal owners. In addition, unlicensed copyrighted material from photographers, artists, authors and writers of original works, cannot be reproduced within the Logos Direct site.
Privacy, security and confidentiality are important to Logos Direct. The following terms and conditions endeavour to make our web site a safe place to trade. You should understand that by using this web site you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
1. Your contract is with Logos Direct ("Logos Direct") of.
2. Emails will be the main means of communication; you will receive a welcome email confirming all of this.
3. This confirmation email will contain all of the relevant information you require regarding you contract.
4. Logos Direct do not store credit card information or pass on any personal information to any third party.
5. All details you provide to Logos Direct for ordering products are you responsibility and should be correct. Logos Direct will not be responsible for any mistakes regarding your details. Also the credit/debit cards you choose to use to place your order should be your own and should have the required funds necessary to pay for the order.
6. Personal statuary rights are not affected but all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not refundable.
7. Logos Direct do not have the authority to stop you from including unacceptable or offensive artwork/text in your order. However Logos Direct reserves the right to refuse any order placed if Logos Direct finds it unacceptable and will offer a more appropriate piece of artwork or text.
Delivery
8. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
9. Logos Direct may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.
Returns
10. Unfortunately due to personalised cresting, Logos Direct CAN NOT offer a refund on any garments that have been mispurchased with cresting. In the unlikely event of a product having a manufacturing problem we will offer you a replacement free of charge.
Variations
11. These terms and conditions could change from time to time; when they do change we will put a notice up on the website homepage www.logosdirect.co.uk. All purchases that are placed when the alert comes up on the homepage will be governed by the new terms and conditions.
Liability
12. Logos Direct tries to ensure that all information on the website is true and 100 percent accurate, but Logos Direct cannot guarantee that the website will be free from any errors. Logos Direct also cannot guarantee that the website will be free from any sort of trojans, worms or viruses or anything that contains destructive properties.
13. Logos Direct reserves the right to change any information descriptions and specifications of listed goods, products and services. Also Logos Direct does not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
16. After being notified of any errors or omissions Logos Direct will try to correct the errors as soon as possible.
17. Regarding any products or services purchased off the Logos Direct website Logos Direct does not accept liability or consequential loss arising from using the website.
18. Logos Direct does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
19. This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Additional
20. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Logos Direct relating to your purchase. You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.
21. Samples are non-refundable but may be returned to be used as part of an order.
22. Any discounts are available on first order only.
Cancellations
23. As long as an order is cancelled in 24 hrs of the order receipt date then a full refund can be given once order is in process due to the personalised cresting garments can not be returned or exchange unless there is a fault in the garment itself.
Deposits
24. All deposits are non refundable once the order has been placed with Logos Direct
Artwork Approval
25. Logo will be sent for confirmation before anything will be embroidered and once it is approved we can’t accept any come back
Law
26. Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
